Most days I have NO idea what to write about. But surprisingly after spending many hours sitting and thinking I find that something always comes up. I have many stories going on at once right now. When I am going crazy with one I put it aside and get on with another one. I've learned that after having a break it's easier to come back to the story you were struggling with and see it with fresher eyes.
I know it's a long road and a bumpy one. But I am determined to write and illustrate my own stories so the only way is to sit down and get to it, right? :o)
I apologize for the lack of posting lately. I promise I'll make up for it soon!
Hugs!

¡Bellísimo!
You're definitely right. When I'm stuck with writing I just move on to something else, and the change of [ace always refreshed my mind.
Good luck with your writing! I'm sure your stories are great!
I wish you lots of luck with your writing.
I was a writing teacher for many years. It is the gtreatest fun --and the hardest work.
Sending lots of love
Sit there long enough and words will come... or your backside will go unbearably numb... or possibly both. :)
Mo pidas disculpas, Ali. Creo que la mayoría de los que estamos en esto entendemos que los procesos creativos son así, a veces son necesarios los silencios para escucharse mejor :)
Abrazo grande!
I wish you creative thoughts Alicia! I find it hard to be creative lately too so I can relate. Nothing worse than staring at a blank page waiting for an idea :(
I'm sure you'll do great once that little spark lights up! Your illustrations are beautiful and sweet.
Thank you so much you guys..! Your words of encouragement keep me going :oD
